At the beginning of the journey, talented individuals form a ‘technology core’ and start working on an initial technical project with the Fanous Center. The purpose of this step is to build mutual understanding and assessment; you become familiar with the Fanous environment and support systems, and we, in turn, evaluate your team’s commitment, expertise, and dynamism in practice.
After successfully completing the initial project, it is time to make a decision. Core members can either continue their activities within the ‘Fanous scientific and specialized working groups,’ or, if they have the entrepreneurial drive, enter the exciting path of building a startup
Teams that choose the startup path enter specialized sessions with the ‘Deputy of Technology of the Fanous Center.’ In these sessions, ideas are refined and it is precisely determined which product or service the team should focus on developing in order to best align with market needs
Once the final idea is defined, the Fanous Center provides facilities, workspace, technical mentoring, and the necessary infrastructure to pave the way for the team to build their product prototype (MVP) in the shortest possible time and test it on a small scale
After building the MVP and initial validation, the team is ready to enter the competitive market. At this stage, Fanous, leveraging its extensive network of venture capitalists (VCs) and governmental/private institutions, facilitates the fundraising process (Seed/Pre-Seed) for the startup
Finally, after raising funds and achieving revenue generation, the initial core of yesterday transforms into an independent legal entity. Fanous will also stand by the teams during the company registration process, legal affairs, and establishment of organizational structure
