Six steps, six lit lanterns along the path every tech team takes toward independence
At the start, talented individuals form a "tech core" and begin an initial technical project with Fanous. The goal is mutual understanding and evaluation; you become familiar with Fanous's environment and support, while we assess your team's commitment, expertise, and dynamics in practice.
After succeeding in the initial project, it's time to decide. Core members can either continue within Fanous's scientific workgroups or, if motivated, enter the exciting path of building a startup.
Teams choosing the startup path enter specialized sessions with Fanous's Technology Deputy. Ideas are refined, and it's clearly defined which product or service the team should focus on to best match market needs.
With the final idea defined, Fanous provides facilities, workspace, technical mentoring, and infrastructure so the team can quickly build a prototype and test it at a small scale.
After MVP development and initial validation, the team is ready to enter the competitive market. Fanous uses its network of VCs, government, and private entities to facilitate seed/pre-seed funding.
Finally, with funding and revenue generation, the former core becomes an independent legal company. Fanous also supports company registration, legal matters, and organizational structure establishment.
